The ingredients for this recipe are as simple as making it:

  • noodles
  • 1 pack of spinach à la crème (Iglo or Jumbo's own brand, for example)
  • 300-400 grams of minced beef
  • 1 pack of paturain or boursin
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A little olive oil

  • Let the spinach thaw à la crème. Do you have to work? Then take it out of the freezer in the morning, which is very convenient.
  • Chop the shallots
  • Press the garlic
