Make an appointment

You can only visit the Chamber of Commerce by registering in advanceto make an appointment. You can easily arrange many things online. Therefore, first check whether an appointment is really necessary.

You make an appointment for:

  • Registering a new sole proprietorship, partnership, general partnership or CV.
  • Registering a foundation or association with a business/commercial activities.
  • Adding new officers (such as a director, partner, partner, authorized representative). Please note: new officers of foundations, associations or homeowners' associations without a company can register by post.
  • Taking over an existing company.
  • Changing the legal form.

You can make an appointment by logging in with DigiD. You plan the date, time and location yourself. You can schedule an appointment up to 8 weeks in advance. You will receive a confirmation by email. Keep this confirmation safe. You will need this to register at the registration column in the office. Not every office has a reception.

Always fill in first before registering or adjustingan online form. This form states whether you should come by or not. A lot ofamendmentsyou can submit online. It is then not necessary to make an appointment.

It is often busy at almost all locations. An appointment within a week is not always possible. Therefore, plan your appointment on time.

To view availability, follow the same steps as for theonlinemaking an appointment. You can see which appointment options are available per location. The number of available places depends on the crowds. You can make an appointment at any office.

This cancellation is immediately visible in our appointment calendar. We also often open additional counters in the morning, which means there are more appointment options on the day itself.

Make an appointment and DigiD

Making an appointment is only possible if you have Digid. Don't have this? Then apply for DigiD viawww.digid.nl. You do this with a citizen service number (BSN).

Do you live outside the Netherlands? The Netherlands Worldwide website explains howYou can use DigiD abroadto request. This requires a BSN and Dutch nationality, or the nationality of another countryEuropean Economic Area (EEA)required.

If you cannot log in with DigiD, this may be because you:

  • Enter an incorrect username or password: check whether you are using the correct details. Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • DigiDniet isactivated. First activate your DigiD with the activation code you received by letter.
  • DigiD isblocked.Wait until the blockage is cleared and try again (after 15 minutes).
  • DigiDisexpiredbecause you haven't used it for 3 years. Apply for a DigiD again.

Have you made an appointment to register a sole proprietorship or general partnership?

Then log in again with your DigiDMy registrations. Under 'the details of your registration' you will find 'your appointment at the Chamber of Commerce'. Here you can see when, what time and at which office you have the appointment. You can still cancel or change your appointment here.

If you are late, our employee cannot help you due to other agreements. In that case we ask youa new appointmentto make.

The form states whether you should send the form by post or whether you should come by. Complete the form digitally. Then print it out, sign itsend it. You can report a large number of changes to us digitally.

If you have to come by, take the form with you to the Chamber of Commerce. You can only visit by appointment. You make an appointmentonlineby logging in with DigiD. You can register at any Chamber of Commerce office in the Netherlands.
