I have been trying to eat low-carb 4 days a week for a year. So cauliflower or broccoli rice instead of regular rice, low-carb crackers and tortillas or tortillas made from lentils. This article actually started with a question to a few fellow food bloggers if they had any inspiration for my own Christmas dinner, but I received so many nice recipes that I want to share them with you too! So here is an overview of 10 low-carb Christmas recipes (for the main course) for Christmas, from me and my fellow bloggers.
